Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a SixPecs account or using any studio-branded subdomain powered by SixPecs, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Who these terms apply to

SixPecs serves two audiences:

• Studio operators (gym owners, admins, trainers) who use SixPecs to run their business.
• Members who book classes and buy packs at studios that use SixPecs.

Each studio sets its own class schedule, pack prices, cancellation policies, and terms between the studio and its members. SixPecs is the software platform; the studio is your direct counterparty for fitness services.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when signing up. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you sign in with Google or Apple, the account is tied to that identity. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or the policies of a studio you belong to.

4. Bookings, packs, and payments

• When you buy a pack or book a class, you are contracting with the studio, not with SixPecs.
• The pack terms shown to you at the time of purchase are frozen at that moment — future changes by the studio do not retroactively alter what you bought.
• Cancellation windows, refunds, and credit expiry are set by each studio and shown to you before purchase or booking.
• Payment is processed by third-party providers (HitPay, Stripe). Their terms also apply.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Access the platform by automated means except via published APIs.
• Interfere with other users, studios, or the service itself.
• Attempt to circumvent security, rate limits, or access controls.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

6. Our role and responsibilities

SixPecs provides the software “as is”. We work hard to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for studio business decisions, class cancellations by a studio, or disputes between you and a studio. For disputes about a class, pack, or refund, contact the studio first.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or pose a risk to other users or studios.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
